Upstairs is your ultimate entertaining space, featuring an open plan living and dining area complete with a modern kitchen. With the private back deck surrounded by the established garden to the large front deck which offers the most spectacular views over Kiama. With ample space for relaxation and socializing, you’ll feel right at home from the moment you step inside.

All our properties have a designated changeover to best manage cleaning. For the peak season of summer 24-25 the changeover day is FRIDAY. We don’t schedule arrivals on public holidays.

Breathtaking View!

The view speaks for itself and is even more magical than the photos. Bedrooms all comfy and air con definitely welcomed downstairs.

Amazing view but could do with improvement

The good bits first. Amazing view, nice verandah and functional kitchen. Plenty of room and comfy beds. We did really appreciate these things. Fresh flowers! However, there needs to be a bit of maintenance work carried out. No wifi, which was not a big deal to us until we discovered that not one of the three tv's worked without it. Not even free to air tv. There were no locks on any of the toilets/bathrooms and mould is an issue. Not too clean and I am not sure when it was mopped last. Etc

Amazing stay here over the weekend! The view from upstairs is incredible. Easy access, accommodating to requests, lots of space, well kept and a peaceful energy. :)
