Surf Beach House is a stunning two-story home with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master suite features sweeping ocean views, two balconies, a walk-in-robe and king sized bed. The second and third bedrooms feature king sized beds which can both be split into two singles on request at the time of booking, and the fourth bedroom features a king sized bed and built-in-wardrobes. A lounge and TV room complete the second level comfortably fitting multiple families.

There is a spacious gourmet kitchen with electric cooktop, miele ovens, and espresso coffee machine. Enjoy spending time cooking together using the built-in BBQ, roasting marshmallows on the firepit, or just enjoying the view. This beachside home offers a truly serene getaway.

• Situated approximately 1.5 hours South of Sydney and approximately 25 minutes South of Wollongong.

Guest Registration / ID Check: Coast and Country Holidays requires guests to complete and sign an electronic guest registration prior to arrival which will ask for photo ID i.e. a copy of your Drivers Licence or Passport. The primary booker will also be required to complete a list with the guests names and actual mobile numbers. In the event we are unable to reach the primary booker, it is very important we can get a hold of other guests. These documents will be deleted after your departure.

On the day of key collection, a security deposit of AUD 3,000.00 will be held on the provided credit card. This block will usually be lifted within 7-10 working days after departure.

PEAK SEASON:
All our properties have a designated changeover to best manage cleaning. For the peak season of summer 24-25 the changeover day is FRIDAY. We don’t schedule arrivals on public holidays.
