Rangoon Sunrise is a newly renovated 4-bedroom house, a perfect place to sit back and relax and enjoy your next beach holiday. Rangoon Sunrise is ideally located, an easy stroll to the Minnamurra River and Beach as well as a local café for your morning coffee. Comfortably accommodates 9 people.

The upstairs has 2 spacious bedrooms each with their own ensuite. Downstairs has 2-bedrooms, 1-bathroom, open style lounge/dining and kitchen, that flows onto an outdoor area. Off street parking is available.

Please Note: On the day of key collection a security deposit of AUD $1,000.00 will be held on the provided credit card. This block will usually be lifted within 7-10 working days after departure (conditions apply).

PEAK SEASON:
All our properties have a designated changeover to best manage cleaning. For the peak season of summer 24-25 the changeover day is FRIDAY. We don’t schedule arrivals on public holidays.

We Had The Best Weekend Stay!

This Airbnb was perfect! We had the best weekend stay. The quiet neighbourhood was lovely to walk through with a nice cafe close by, and the Minnamurra river right next door was beautiful for a morning swim! The home itself offered a perfect amount of comfortable beds, fresh linen and a welcoming feel. I recommend all to try as it was a peaceful and relaxing stay. Thank you!

The property is In a great location - close the beach, river and Café. The property management and owners were extremely accommodating with our requirements. Communication was easy and replies were quick.

Sizeable and great home in a great location

We were just a short stroll to Minnamurra beach where the water was amazing to swim in and the sunset was really nice. Not to mention the home had everything we needed and was only 10min from Kiama town centre and shops. I recommend this home for big family getaways as it has 4 bedrooms with multiple sleeping areas and has a nice sized backyard for a BBQ.

Great house in a peaceful location. Very spacious and a 100m walk to the water to swim, so ideal. Quiet little suburb away from the hustle of Kiama and only a 5min drive. Can't wait to stay here again. Thanks.

This was a wonderful place to stay. We had a group of 9 people and we all got very comfortably in the home. There was more than enough room for all of us to sit around the dinner table as well as the lounge together which is often very difficult to find. The house was very clean and was very good value for money. It was very close to everything we needed being only a short walk or drive away. I would highly recommend this hike and would stay here again.

We had such a lovely stay at this beautiful house. The bedrooms were great and very large and spacious. We were able to house 7 adults, 2 toddlers, and two babies under one roof and we had so much room to move around and enjoy time together. We spent majority of the time in the house and using the great facilities provided to cook. The amenities were fantastic! Communication with the host was so efficient and helpful. Honestly, only have great things to say about this experience! Thank you so much for hosting such a lovely holiday getaway!
