The central hub of the home is the expansive open plan living area, which is surrounded by glass taking in the breathtaking views while providing gorgeous natural light and a wonderful flow through breeze. This area includes a modern kitchen that is very generous in size, including an island bench, cooktop, oven microwave, and coffee machine to start your morning right! The dining room and lounge flow from here. They share the split system air conditioner for year-round comfort. This area flows effortlessly on the balcony, where you can enjoy a BBQ and relax as you watch one of Gerringong’s sensational sunsets.
The bedrooms are separated from the living area by a sweeping hallway. All bedrooms are generous in size, with the master bedroom featuring a modern ensuite, and bedrooms 2 & 3 sharing the main bathroom. For convenience, there is a washing machine and dryer available.

Please Note: On the day of key collection a security deposit of AUD $1,000.00 will be held on the provided credit card. This block will usually be lifted within 7-10 working days after departure (conditions apply).
PEAK SEASON:
All our properties have a designated changeover to best manage cleaning. For the peak season of summer 24-25 the changeover day is FRIDAY. We don’t schedule arrivals on public holidays.
