The property has plenty of space over two levels. Upstairs features open plan living, dining and kitchen with stone benchtops, wall oven and microwave, cooktop, integrated fridges and dishwasher. A large balcony runs the entire length of the house where alfresco dining can be enjoyed. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms with built in robes, a bathroom with separate toilet.
Downstairs has two more bedrooms, lounge area, bathroom with separate toilet and a separate internal laundry. There is a kitchenette leading to an expansive deck to enjoy or just the peace and quiet as you take in the spectacular views.
You can enjoy your beach holiday all year round with gas heating upstairs and down, ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
Local activities include coastal walks, Seven Mile Beach National Park, kayak hire nearby, wineries, surfing and snorkeling literally at your back door, golf course 5 minutes away, local surf lessons for the kids, fabulous cafes and restaurants locally and at Berry 15 minutes away.
