Enjoy two relaxed living spaces (both with TV’s), large open-plan kitchen and dining with air-conditioning, undercover entertaining area, BBQ and outdoor setting and spa, 2 bedrooms with ensuites and 2 further bedrooms opposite the spacious family bathroom. Every detail has been considered for your comfort and enjoyment with thoughtful touches such as quality linen, Breville coffee machine, Xbox in the sunroom, huge TV in the lounge and numerous seating areas to enjoy all year round. You won’t want to leave this pristine and peaceful oasis!

There are to be no parties or functions of any description at this property and booking guests must be over the age of 25. Security cameras monitoring 24/7 on external entrances.
No extra guests are allowed to visit this property. Only the allotted 8 guests are allowed to be in the property at all times.

Gorgeous Family Home

We throughly enjoyed our stay in this home. This kitchen was extremely well equipped making cooking really easy. The styling and bed linen was straight out of a magazine and we really felt at home. The beds were also extremely comfortable. The two living areas were great for our large family. Thanks for having us we will be back 😊

Great home and very comfortable. Wifi was available however no internet connection and couldn’t be used. Very nosy neighbour on one side. Aside from those things, we very much enjoyed our stay. Great location, close to the beach and town of Kiama

Great location near Kendall's Beach and beautiful home. Comfortably enough room for two families. Spa was a great bonus for the kids. Everything was so well thought out.
