PEAK SEASON:

All our properties have a designated changeover to best manage cleaning. For the peak season of summer 24-25 the changeover day is FRIDAY. We don’t schedule arrivals on public holidays.

Poor value for money

The apartment is not nice. Hallway and stairs in poor repair. The apartment smells of smoke and is very hard to get cool. Minimal provisions. No dryer No wifi No soap no shampoo No toilet fresher. Cutlery is cheap and Decor needs updating. Light and fan handset is brokenCar park not available every day. Check out list says clean the barbq but there is no Bbq. Cleanliness is OK. Close to Kiama facilities but need a car for beaches. The owner takes 4 days to respond to questions and concerns.

Hi Meriadin I understand you were unhappy with a lot of things over your stay and unfortunately some of these things couldn't be helped or changed. The items you mentioned "no dryer, wi-fi or shampoo, toilet freshener or BBQ" are NOT listed as included amenities so they are not available at property. Guests must consider these things before booking. The apartment on all checks has never smelt of smoke so I am not sure with that but do believe it would not have been pleasant if indeed you did smell some from a neighbour may be on this odd occasion. I will mention to owner to speak with Strata regarding this. The owner does not have control over the stairwell, and it was vacuumed and clean on my inspection but again I will mention this. I will remove the "clean BBQ" as this was previously on the booklet and has been overlooked to remove. I’m really not sure how this affected your stay but I do apologise for this confusion. The property is exactly as advertised, older style but clean and tidy. I am glad you liked the area. The beaches are approx 3-4mins away by car from property.
