All three bedrooms have air conditioning for year-round comfort and are conveniently located upstairs. On this same level you’ll also find a bonus room, the study— perfect for when work needs to come with you.

Head downstairs to be welcomed by the cozy lounge room, which features comfortable seating and a large smart TV. Or enjoy the open-plan kitchen and its stone bench tops, gas cooking and quality stainless steel appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen you’ll find the dining space and charming family area.

Open the sliding glass doors to discover a lush tropical garden— welcoming you to kick back under the shade with a good book, or get the barbecue going.

Just about an hour south of Sydney, Tropical Cove is far enough away for an adventure, but close to modern conveniences and landmark locations. In 15 minutes or less you can walk to bustling Shellharbour Village, the award-winning Links golf course and brand-new tavern, Bass Point Reserve, Killalea State Park and the famous “Farm” beach, and of course, the world-class Shell Cove Marina and surrounding shops.
