SEADANCE is located opposite the beautiful Crooked River and a flat 300 metre walk to the stunning Seven Mile Beach. (Or paddle down the river on your boards!) You’ll appreciate this property’s fantastic location with sparkling water views on offer from living areas and bedrooms on both levels.
The property is two levels and perfect for two families. Downstairs features plenty of space to spread out and relax with two bedrooms (queen and two singles), living room, dining room and kitchen with oven, microwave, cooktop, fridge and dishwasher. Main bathroom with shower over bath. Large tiled alfresco dining area is a great place to enjoy a barbeque.
Upstairs has three more bedrooms (king, 2 singles, and bunk room to sleep four), lounge area, second bathroom, as well as a back deck a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee.
Games room is also the perfect teen retreat with table tennis table, and secure storage if you want to bring your bikes. Washing machine and dryer are also located here. And after your day out on the river or at the beach, enjoy a warm outdoor shower!

Crooked River is right on your doorstep, with opportunities for swimming, fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding just metres from your front door. Stroll over to the footbridge for easy access to one of Australia’s most beautiful beaches, where you can swim and surf all day. If dining out is more your style, the award-winning Blue Swimmer cafe is just up the road with delicious food and coffee on offer, or you can walk across the road bridge to the kiosk for a burger or a feed of fish & chips – everything you could want is in short walking distance. For those wishing to extend their shopping experience, Gerringong is a five minute drive and the beautiful Berry is only a 10 minute drive.

All our properties have a designated changeover to best manage cleaning. For the peak season of summer 24-25 the changeover day is MONDAY. We don’t schedule arrivals on public holidays.
