This 4-bedroom holiday home is conveniently located 100 metres from Werri Beach with tennis courts, surf club & bowling club, skate park and playground all within walking distance making this the perfect spot for your family getaway.

Ocean views can be seen from the rear balcony. Inside includes a rumpus room with table tennis and pool table, TV with DVD player. Barbeque and washing machine provided.

Linen – Not supplied (you will need to bring; top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, hand towels, bath towels, bath mats, tea towels and beach towels)

Please Note: On the day of key collection a security deposit of AUD $1,000.00 will be held on the provided credit card. This block will usually be lifted within 7-10 working days after departure (conditions apply).

PEAK SEASON:
All our properties have a designated changeover to best manage cleaning. For the peak season of summer 24-25 the changeover day is FRIDAY. We don’t schedule arrivals on public holidays.

House in in a great location. But i would not stay there again, The Mould is covering the entire down stairs and was all over the couch , Power cords, and id say the beding and cloth couch's as well i could hardly breath when i first opened the front door due to the mould. lucky the people at First National got a cleaner straight around to clean the mould, but was still all on the walls [black] This is BAD for your health.. i fell im getting sick now a few days later.

Comfortable home all the extras were there. Fully equipped kitchen with paper towels and tea bags and cling wrap etc. all the extras! Large dining table wonderful views comfortable beds upstairs and then downstairs there's a pool table a table tennis table, tv and DVD collection for the kids, a reading library, sitting area, a BBQ, extra seating and ensuite plus a bedroom and laundry access to the park and beach through the back gate and even 2 min to a café too many thoughtful extras to mention
