Description

Perched on the high side of the street, Blue Waters at Gerroa is a spacious split level home with spectacular views over Seven Mile Beach and beyond and is perfect for a South Coast Getaway.

Upstairs features a large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, which overlooks the dining room and lounge room which has a large flat screen TV, DVD, Foxtel and WIFI, all this leads out to the balcony which is the perfect place to relax and take in the views. The main bedroom with king size bed and Ensuite is also on this level with its own balcony overlooking the ocean. The middle level features 2 bedrooms both with queen beds which overlook the backyard, the main bathroom with separate bath and laundry complete with washer and dryer, and access to the large back verandah where you will find the BBQ and outdoor setting.

The 2nd lounge room also has a large flat screen TV, DVD player and Foxtel are on the entry level along with the 4th bedroom and the 3rd bathroom. All this located within walking distance to the beach and just 5 minutes from Gerringong.

All our properties have a designated changeover to best manage cleaning. For the peak season of summer 22-23 the changeover day is THURSDAY. We don’t schedule arrivals on public holidays.

Great Location

Blue Waters is a sensational option for a large family or group of friends to enjoy the Gerroa surroundings. Within a short walk to seven mile beach, coffee and pastries at Blue Swimmer café or a slightly longer jaunt into Gerrigong, it is ideally situated for active holidaymakers. The home is spacious and has a relaxing vibe. It's a winner.

Beautiful view and spacious house ready to go for the perfect stay.

The house was well appointed and had everything you need for a short stay - bath towels, pantry items, etc. It was very clean and felt very homely. And there felt like plenty of space for all of us. The view was amazing and we had a lovely dinner on the front balcony overlooking the water. We recommend this house to others.

Beautiful Blue Waters

Just spent the weekend at Blue Waters with a group of 6. The house had amazing views, was extremely clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of areas indoor and outdoor to just chill and relax. Fishos Club just up the street for dinner. Had the best weekend, will definitely visit Blue Waters again.
