Our focus and philosophy is producing hand made French style patisserie, great pies, croissant, danish pastries and organic coffee. Our highly skilled team have worked and trained in some of Europe’s best restaurants and patisseries practicing the craft of classic French patisserie.
We use butter in all of our pastries, cakes, and pies and focus on scratch made recipes. We don’t use premixes or commercial margarine’s, just honest natural ingredients. We will also be producing a small range of long ferment sourdough hand molded breads. We think our customers will see and taste the difference in what we produce.
